Billie’s is a farmer-first diner serving American favorites, featuring the best ingredients that our region has to offer and helping build our community into the best that it can be.

The sharing of food has brought people together since the beginning of time. It's how we form relationships, celebrate milestones and mend conflicts. At Billie’s, we believe that community is built at the dining table. And, during a time when community is more important than ever, we hope to create a space that transforms strangers into neighbors.
As a farmer-first restaurant, Billie’s prioritizes the role and needs of local farmers and ranchers. As the guardians of our land, producers deserve to have a bigger voice in the conversation around food production and sourcing. By investing in local agriculture and educating customers on the realities of farming, we hope to build a stronger community for everyone.
